The goal is to approach your client with careful steps maintaining at the same time the goodwill between you. We consider that the recovery of the debt through the Court is the last option you should seek in order to avoid any further delay, but in the case that the other party, (your client) does not want to cooperate our Office offers professional litigation services.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF DEBT COLLECTION
Firstly, the Lawyer will examine your case, having before him all the information regarding the debt created to your customer. Then he proceeds to an out-of-court settlement negotiation. If and when there is no cooperation from the other party, then he proceeds with a lawsuit, which is often a time-consuming process. Finally, we provide you with a court decision or court order regarding your debt recovery case.
Note, however, that the Civil Procedure is a section that requires attention, professionalism and patience as the rules of Civil Procedure vary. Our Office is at your disposal to explain each step separately with respect to the Law.
